The nWo 2000 logo was black and silver and it had the word new underlined.
Bret "Hitman" Hart, The Outsiders (Kevin Nash & Scott Hall), Jeff Jarrett, Scott Steiner and The Harris Brothers.
By the end of 1999 WCW fans had almost forgotten about the nWo. Then on the December 1999 edition of monday nitro, Bret "Hitman" Hart was defending his newly won WCW world title against Bill Goldberg, when out of nowhere The Outsiders (Scott Hall & Kevin Nash) ran to the ring and sarted attacking Goldberg. The fans were shocked when Bret Hart and Jeff Jarret joined the outsiders in their attack. Jeff Jarret pulled out a silver spray paint and tagged Goldberg's Back with the nWo letters. Finally, Kevin Nash grabbed the Microphone and said " THE BAND IS BACK TOGETHER", then the nWo music started playing. And just like that The Black & silver nWo 2000 was born.
This version of the nWo started out with WCW's elite at the time; Bret Hart (WCW champion), Jeff Jarret (WCW U.S. champion) and The Outsiders (WCW tag team champions). Scott Steiner also joined nWo 2000, but the group lost its credibility when mid-carders The Harris bros. also joined the group. Weeks after the nWo 2000 was formed Bret Hart was injured, Scott Hall dissapeared and Nash along with Steiner's membership was forgotten. The remains of the nWo 2000, the trio of Jeff Jarret and the Harris Bros, faded away couple of months after its (re)formation.
